Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale or clearance items (if specified)

  • Products without original packaging or tags

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you on the return process and provide the delivery address for the return shipment.

  4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us within the return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the item.
